Acrobatic Arts Workshop

Acrobatic Arts Curriculum is recognised for the best techniques and progressions in Acro for students to learn correctly and safely. Cirque du Soleil has even given its stamp of approval!

This is not your typical Acro/Tumble class, unlike gymnastics which is performed on a sprung floor, Acrobatic Arts is for dance and is performed on hard surface floors, teaching dancers correct fluid transitions which also prevents injury.

Bryony and Darcie are qualified Acrobatic Arts Teachers and would be able to travel to your dance school or venue to run an Acro Workshop.

Bryony and Darcie have experience and training in competitive Cheerleading and Gymnastics, they have also been Cheer and Gymnastics coaches. They trained at a top college as professional Dancers and Dance Teachers, therefore having lots of hands on experience.
